1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Aetherion - Battles of Voices ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Aetherion for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Aetherion's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Aetherion makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Aetherion or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Aetherion's website, even if Aetherion or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Aetherion could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Aetherion does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. Aetherion may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

6. User Accounts and Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Treat other players with respect and follow community guidelines
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Not attempt to disrupt game services or exploit vulnerabilities

7. In-Game Purchases

Any in-game purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the terms of the transaction. Virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed to you for entertainment purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Aetherion, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Aetherion may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

Aetherion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, Aetherion will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aetherion operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
